Production Process of Sophora japonica Extract:

1. Selection and Color Sorting of High-Quality Sophora japonica Flower Origins: Strictly select high-quality dried Sophora japonica flowers that are not yet in bloom and have peak rutin content. Use a fully automated color sorter to physically remove 100% of impurities such as branches, moldy fruit, and foreign substances.

2. Multi-Stage Alkaline Water Heating and Physical Centrifugation: The Sophora japonica flowers are fed into the extraction tank. Using slightly alkaline pure water (pH controlled at 8.0-9.0), the large molecular weight rutin is completely converted into easily soluble salt form at 85℃. The insoluble plant fiber is then physically dried using a centrifuge.

3. Online Precision Acid Adjustment and Low-Temperature Forced Recrystallization: The clarified alkaline extract is precisely and online injected with food-grade hydrochloric acid in a closed channel to adjust the pH to acidic. This allows high-purity rutin to rapidly and spontaneously precipitate as microcrystals at a low temperature of 4℃.

4. High-power pressure filtration, grading, washing, and biomass acid hydrolysis: The collected high-purity rutin microcrystals are transferred to a specialized acid hydrolysis reactor. Dilute sulfuric acid is added, and the reaction is carried out at over 95℃ to completely break the glycosidic bonds (hydrolysis), precisely shearing the rutin molecules into one molecule of quercetin monomer, one molecule of glucose, and one molecule of rhamnose.

5. Repeated boiling recrystallization and sugar stripping in pure aqueous phase: The crude quercetin powder obtained from hydrolysis undergoes multi-stage hot washing, boiling, and physical recrystallization using deionized water free of heavy metals. This completely removes residual free reducing sugars and inorganic salts from the mother liquor, ensuring crystal purity reaches over 95%.

6. All-stainless steel sealed multi-stage vacuum drying to prevent crystal damage: The high-purity quercetin wet cake is fed into a sealed double-cone vacuum dryer. The heated surfaces are controlled at 80℃ under high vacuum for gentle dehydration, preventing thermal oxidation and discoloration of the flavonoid core due to high temperatures.

7. Airflow-based non-destructive collision micronization and granulation: The dry powder is micronized and refined using a specially designed high-speed cold airflow collision pulverizer. Particles are pulverized to 80-200 mesh through mutual collision, completely eliminating the high heat and secondary heavy metal iron ion abrasion contamination associated with traditional mechanical grinding.

8. Rare earth iron removal and double-layer nitrogen-filled packaging in a Class 100,000 cleanroom: Bulk dry powder is subjected to a 12,000 Gauss strong magnetic field for interception.
