The 3-day Bangkok exhibition has come to a perfect end! With numerous customers present, Shaanxi Hongda takes you through the details of the Vitafoods Asia booth.

On the afternoon of September 4th, the lights in the Bangkok QSNCC exhibition hall gradually went out, officially marking the end of Vitafoods Asia 2026 in Thailand.

During these three days at our booth H7-R45, our sales team barely had a break. We not only met with long-term partners from Southeast Asia and Europe, but also received hundreds of new buyers who came specifically with formula requests or contact information.

These past few days at our booth, the most frequent inquiries from customers weren't about simple product pricing, but rather about specific issues encountered in factory production:

1. Anti-caking and water solubility: The hot and humid weather in Thailand and Southeast Asia led many OEM purchasing managers to immediately ask how to prevent plant extracts from absorbing moisture and sticking during powdering or capsule filling. We showcased several high-dissolving-rate extracts of Acanthopanax senticosus, demonstrating how to mix them directly with cold water—clear and sediment-free within 10 seconds. Several OEM managers from Southeast Asian brands immediately expressed strong interest in our products.

2. High absorption of liposomes: Many clients specializing in high-end supplements specifically sought out our liposomal vitamin C, liposomal curcumin, and liposomal glutathione. Their primary concern was their stability and encapsulation efficiency in aqueous solutions. We brought actual dispersion test data and HPLC chromatograms to demonstrate to clients face-to-face, using scientific data to build their trust.

3. Direct-Compression Granules: Factory clients specializing in tableting and high-speed capsule filling showed great interest in our direct-compression berberine granules and micronized evodiamine (98%). Their good flowability and lack of residue buildup on the machine walls significantly reduce downtime and cleaning time.

Regarding Quality Control and Customs Clearance: Original Documents Available for Inspection

During the exhibition, many overseas clients asked detailed questions about customs inspections and pesticide residue control, expressing various concerns. As a reputable factory, Shaanxi Hongda directly presented our original BRC (Grade A), Halal, and Kosher certifications, as well as a report from Eurofins showing over 400 pesticide residues not detected, for inspection.
