 Field Notes: Vitafoods Asia Day 1 at Booth H7-R45

We got our booth at QSNCC set up early this morning, and by 10:00 AM the main aisle in Hall 7 was already moving.

It was a full day for our team at Booth H7-R45. We spent most of our time walking buyers and QC managers through our technical sheets, looking over lab batch results, and running quick solubility tests right on the table.

If you are visiting the show over the next two days, here is a quick look at what we are physically demonstrating at our booth and the technical topics we are discussing with clients.

What We Are Running Tests On at the Booth

Rather than handing out basic product sheets, we brought actual testing setups and batch documentation so visitors can evaluate how our raw materials behave during actual production.

Liposomal Formulations: We brought our liposomal Vitamin C, Curcumin, Silymarin, and Berberine in both 20% and 70% specs. Our team is running water-dispersion tests throughout the day so visitors can see how our phospholipid bilayer micro-encapsulation prevents phase separation and holds up in liquid formulations.

Instant Cold-Water Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng): The humidity here in Bangkok is a good reminder of why standard botanical extracts clump during capsule filling. We are demonstrating our instant-grade Eleuthero (standardized for Eleutherosides B+E), which clears fully in cold water in under 10 seconds without sediment.

Direct-Compression Berberine & 98% Evodiamine: For factory representatives dealing with machine downtime, we are showing our direct-compression granulations designed to reduce tablet sticking, improve powder flow, and keep fill weights consistent across high-speed runs.

Functional Additives & Chelates: We also brought samples of our Mogrosides, Stevia powder, Glycyrrhizic acid, tea polyphenols, apple polyphenols, and glycine-chelated minerals for beverage and chewable formulations.

Reviewing Compliance Files On-Site

Customs clearance and ingredient verification came up in almost every conversation today. Our quality assurance team brought physical binders with our latest batch documentation so buyers can inspect them on the spot:

Lab Data: You can look through original HPLC purity fingerprints run on our Waters and Agilent systems, along with current Eurofins test sheets covering 400+ pesticide residue parameters and heavy metal limits.

Plant Certifications: We have hard copies of our BRC (Grade A), FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal, and Kosher factory certificates available for review.
